Legal:
The fair market value of each player is $140. The purchase price in excess of the fair market value shall be treated as a charitable contribution. You may prefer not to have any complimentary golfers and thus have the full value of the donation treated as a charitable contribution. Please note gifts made from an IRA distribution must be paid by personal check or credit card, and not from the IRA. Gifts made from a foundation, including family foundations, may not receive any benefit.
